Make Molds:

The first step in the production of aluminum stamping parts is to design and make a suitable mold based on the drawings, required quantity and other information. The manufacturing of the mold needs to consider which process to use to complete the order, adjust the order of the processes, design the mold drawings, select the mold material according to the material of the stamping parts, and start and complete the mold production.

Make Samples & Testing:

After the mold is made, we will start to make samples and debug the mold. Cutting:

Blanking:

Blanking requires a punching die. Blanking is more efficient than laser cutting, but the edge precision is much lower and the edge will be deformed when producing thicker parts. Thinner aluminum stamping parts can be produced more efficiently and with higher precision. Our technical team will recommend a more suitable solution based on the order situation.

Forming:

This process requires the use of a die. Under the action of a punch press, the blank or strip is bent, drawn, bulged, etc. to obtain the final component or semi-finished product.

Assembly:

The semi-finished products are assembled into finished products through assembly processes such as welding, riveting, crimping, bolting, etc.

Finishing:

The final parts are deburred, polished, surface treated, etc. For surface treatment, we can provide electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, anodizing, etc. The coating thickness can also be customized.

Packaging:

We support customization of packaging materials and packaging methods. However, considering its cost, I only recommend this service for large orders.
