Make Molds:

Some parts of Cargo baskets need to be molded to complete mass production. Injection molding, stamping, and profile extrusion parts all require molds. We have close cooperation with mold manufacturers, which can make higher quality molds at a more affordable price.

Make Samples & Testing:

We will make samples and complete the testing of various indicators according to your requirements. If necessary, we can send samples to you. You can test it yourself to ensure that the testing standards of both parties are consistent. We also support SGS and TUV testing.

Quality Control:

Our quality control center is equipped with measuring instruments such as CMM, micrometer, vernier caliper, photometer, salt spray tester and other chemical performance testing instruments, tensile tester, impact tester, hardness tester, and other mechanical performance testing instruments. Experienced quality inspection personnel will formulate a complete testing process according to your requirements and provide comprehensive test reports.

Production Scheduling:

After the samples pass the test, we will start to dispatch equipment, and personnel, and arrange the processes of raw material procurement, quality inspection, production, etc. We will ensure that the order can be completed on time.

Cutting:

The CNC laser cutting center can efficiently complete the cutting of pipes, profiles, and plates below 30mm. The cutting position has the advantages of small cutting seams and smooth cutting surfaces, which will help us save materials and subsequent processing costs.

Stamping:

Our stamping workshop has more than 20 sets of punching machines with capacities of 60 tons, 11 tons, 315 tons, and 500 tons. Different types of dies can be equipped to complete the production of cargo basket parts.

Machining:

We have fully automatic polishing machines, CNC machining centers, and tapping machines to complete the adjustment of parts' surfaces, tolerances, threads, holes, and other shapes.

Welding:

We can complete resistance welding, laser welding, and argon arc welding. Experienced welders can skillfully operate welding machines to complete the welding of cargo basket parts. We have magnetic particle flaw detectors and ultrasonic flaw detectors to test the quality of each weld.

Surface Treatment:

We can provide surface treatments such as electrophoresis, powder coating, electroplating, hot dip plating, passivation, etc. For aluminum alloys, we can also perform anodizing.

Assembly:

When the above-mentioned components and partial production are completed, we will start the overall assembly. Taking into account the ease of transportation and assembly, you can better determine which parts of the product are assembled before leaving the factory for customer convenience.

Packaging:

We have close cooperation with packaging service providers to support the customization of packaging materials, sizes, and appearance. We can get more advantageous prices than you contact the packaging factory yourself.
