Make Molds:
The mold manufacturing workshop will formulate and debug the mold according to the drawings of angle iron connectors. Composite molds can use one punch to complete the bending and punching work. The order production cycle will be shorter, but the mold cost will be higher. A single-pass mold can have more links and a longer lead time, but the mold cost is lower.
Make Samples & Testing:
We will make multiple samples, some for testing and some sent to you for testing. In this way, testing standards can be unified. Minimize the probability of problems.
Production Scheduling:
Production scheduling is a very technical job, and reasonable production links can effectively shorten the production time for us to complete your order. It can also save costs in all aspects.
Sheet Metal Cutting:
When the steel plate of concrete embeds is not suitable for trimming and punching using stamping. We will use laser cutting to complete the order. Laser cutting is more suitable for cutting steel plates below 30mm than plasma cutting. Because it has smaller slits and tighter tolerances, you can save more costs.
Sheet Metal Stamping:
When concrete embeds are more suitable for stamping, we will make a punching mold to complete the steel embed plates and then use a riveting mold to rivet the steel rods on top. The steel rod needs to be heated during this process.
Welding:
The connection between the steel plates and steel rods of some concrete embeds is completed by welding. We can choose a more suitable one from arc welding, argon arc welding, and laser welding to complete it.
Surface Treatment:
We offer powder coating, electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing services. For raw black concrete embeds, we can provide free anti-rust oil treatment.
Packaging:
We provide packaging box material, size, and appearance customization.
