Make Molds & Programming:

Make Samples & Testing:

Cutting:
We use laser cutting to complete the production of blanking and partially cut connectors. We have 4 CNC cutting machines that can cut 4 shapes of parts at the same time. Experienced operators can ensure the efficient operation of the cutting machines.
Stamping:
Choosing the right mold and punch press to complete the order according to the structure of roof rack connectors can save a lot of money. We have 500-ton and 310-ton punch presses that can complete the stamping of complex parts in one go with continuous molds. This is suitable for orders with huge demand. For small batch orders, we will choose single-pass molds or punch presses with small mold capacities to complete them, saving your mold costs and production costs.
Machining:
This process is mainly used to process threads and holes on roof rack connectors (when laser cutting and punching cannot meet the hole requirements).
Welding:
