Cutting:

We will give priority to using CNC laser cutting machines to complete the cutting of raw materials and the production of some cut parts because laser cutting has higher efficiency and saves more material costs in cutting materials below 30mm thickness.

Stamping:

For parts that require stamping, we will choose a more suitable process according to their shape and structure. By arranging production reasonably, we can save mold costs and punching machine operation costs.

Machining:

We have synchronous tapping machines that can achieve multi-in-one synchronous tapping. For parts with complex structures, we will use CNC machine tools to complete milling, grinding, etc.

Welding:

Our welding masters have more than 10 years of experience. They can use advanced welding machines such as resistance welding machines, laser welding machines, and argon arc welding machines to complete spot welding, pull welding, and fish scale welding. We have advanced magnetic particle flaw detectors and ultrasonic flaw detectors to detect the quality of each weld.

Surface Treatment:

We can provide surface treatments such as electrophoresis, powder coating, electroplating, hot dip plating, passivation, etc. For aluminum alloys, we can also perform anodizing.

Assembly:

We have 3 assembly lines that use riveting, welding, thread fastening, and crimping to complete the assembly of roof bike carriers for cars.
