Make Molds:

Sheet Metal Cutting:
We use laser cutting to complete the cutting of plate thickness below 30mm. We use a CNC laser cutting machine, which has a higher degree of automation and more efficient cutting. It cuts with finer kerfs and tighter tolerances. We can save costs such as time, labor, and materials.
Sheet Metal Stamping:
Whether to use stamping depends on the structure of the bracket. Stamping can complete blanking, bending, deep drawing, spinning and other processes. When we choose composite punching dies or continuous punching dies, the cost of the mold will increase, but it will bring more benefits.
Welding:
Choosing the appropriate welding process according to the welding performance requirements can effectively improve the welding efficiency and save the cost of welding materials. We will choose the more suitable one from argon arc welding, resistance welding, laser welding, etc. Our welders can also perform spot welding, pull welding and other techniques.
Surface Treatment:
