We use laser cutting to cut the plates, profiles, and pipes. We use stamping and bending to produce some links, and injection molding to produce some plastic parts. Make Molds & Programming:
After the order is confirmed, we will make stamping dies, bending dies, and injection molds. We will also complete the programming of CNC laser cutting machines.
Make Samples & Testing:
We will complete the production of accessories and the assembly of finished products according to the preset process. And complete the testing of various performances of samples according to the set testing process. We can send samples for you to test to ensure the consistency of the testing standards at both ends.
Quality Control:
The quality control center will specify a complete testing process to improve the pass rate of components and finished products. We have advanced and complete testing equipment to complete the testing of various indicators. We will issue a complete quality inspection report. Production Scheduling:
After the samples pass the test, we will start scheduling factories, equipment, and personnel to start the order production. The purchase of raw materials will be determined by the size of the order, whether it is a one-time purchase or batch purchase. Through reasonable production scheduling, orders can be completed faster with less cost.
Cutting:
We use laser cutting to cut sheets, profiles, and tubes and produce some parts. Because laser cutting is one of the most efficient and cost-effective cutting methods. We have four high-performance CNC cutting machines, which can be programmed to cut materials less than 30mm thick more quickly.
Stamping:
We have 2 sets of 500-ton capacity punch presses to use continuous dies to complete the production of complex stamping parts in one go. For connectors with relatively simple processes, we use 60 tons capacity, 110 tons capacity, and 210 tons capacity punch presses with single-pass dies and composite dies to complete. Suitable punch presses and dies can not only improve production efficiency but also reduce production costs.
Machining:
We have advanced CNC machining centers to complete the holes, threads, and preliminary surface processing of components using milling, drilling, tapping, and other processes.
Welding:
We use welding to assemble some simple parts to facilitate overall surface treatment. We will select the more suitable process from laser welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding machine, and other processes according to performance requirements, and then use electric welding, fish scale welding, pull welding, and other techniques to complete. This can not only ensure welding quality but also improve efficiency and reduce costs. We also have magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic inspection to spot-check welding performance.
Surface Treatment:
We can provide surface treatments such as powder coating, electrophoresis, galvanizing, anodizing, polishing, sandblasting, etc. We will recommend you according to the material of universal roof rack crossbars. You can also make a request and we will do our best to meet it.
Assembly:
We have advanced assembly lines that can assemble components into finished products through riveting, thread fastening, etc.
