Cutting

The experienced technical team will edit the program according to your requirements to complete the order more efficiently and with high quality.

Stamping

We have 60Tons, 120Tons, 200Tons, 300Tons, 600Tons punching machines. We will make single-pass molds, composite molds, or continuous molds according to your requirements and select a punch press with appropriate output to complete the order to improve the production efficiency of the order and control costs.

Welding

The welding service will select the more appropriate one from fusion welding, pressure welding, and brazing according to the drawing requirements, complexity, performance requirements, etc. of the sheet metal parts to improve welding efficiency and control costs. The welded sheet metal parts will be subjected to magnetic particle or ultrasonic flaw detection to check the welding quality to ensure that they meet the requirements.

Assembly

We offer riveting, bolt pre-tightening, crimped links, and welded assembly methods. The assembly method and degree need to consider the size, complexity, transportation cost, etc. of the assembled sheet metal parts. We will make reasonable suggestions for your consideration.

Surface Treatment

In terms of surface treatment, we support powder coating, electroplating, hot dip plating, as well as surface treatment for special materials such as anodizing aluminum, polishing, drawing of stainless steel, etc. We also support the customization of coating thickness and accuracy.
